North American and European releases have the buttons the other way around. ----------------------------------------------------------- The PlayStation 2 or PS2 was Sony's second video game console, its development was announced in March 1999 and it was released a year later in Japan. The PS2 is still the best selling games console to date and on November 19th 2005 the PlayStation 2 became the fastest game console to reach 100 million units shipped. In November 2004 Sony released a new slimline PS2 which also had a built in Ethernet port. |
